TESSI

As previously announced, the tessi Group confirms the finalisation of the negotiations to sell its Transport, Cash Centre and ATM activities to Loomis, the Cash Handling division of Securitas:

Loomis France has undertaken, via tessi’s Keepway and CPR Billets subsidiaries, to purchase the branches of Keepway located in Lognes, Paris, Marseille, Toulouse, Lyon and Saint Etienne and fixed assets owned by CPR Billets and Keepway (cash centres).

In January, Loomis France had already made the acquisition of the Keepway assets of the Perpignan branch and in May 2008 the assets of the cash centre in Grenoble owned by CPR Billets.

This operation will be finalised by 30th June 2008.
