As expected, the second half was more dynamic than the first part of the year in terms of activity, with turnover rising by €13.8m, which is a 16.5% increase.

The 4th quarter 2007 turnover reached €50.5m, compared with €43.2m the previous year, representing 16.7% growth.

Increase of consolidated turnover (1st January to 31st December)

For the financial year as a whole, turnover reached €182.3m an increase of €15.8m (+9.5%) on the year 2006.

• The marketing services branch, GEIDE and e-filing Internet portals of the Cegedim Group account for an additional consolidated turnover of €13.3m over 6 months.

• Document processing at €64.9m (vs. €61.8m in 2006) grew by 5.0% with a particularly well sustained activity for data acquisition and capture at €38.9m, an increase of 10.7%.

• The turnover generated by payment methods was stable at €104.1m (vs. €104.5m in 2006). However, it should be stated that on 31st December 2006 tessi sold off the money transfer activity. The central branch and secured transport activity generated a turnover of €10.3m in 2007.

By way of reminder, the Management of tessi announced on 27th December 2007 that it had already started a process of talks with a view to selling off the funds transport, securities management and the automated banking business of CPR Billets, as this activity had become non-strategic for the tessi Group. The disposal solution or solutions selected will be those offering the most industrial guarantees for the continuity of the business and those that will defend the best interests of the tessi Group.
