On 31st December 2007, tessi purchased the remaining capital of the company C2I Ingénierie, namely 49.9%. By way of reminder, the tessi group had taken a majority stake in this company in February 2005, representing 50.1%.
C2I Ingénierie is the French leader in solutions concerning payment methods, cheques and VPEE (transfers, withdrawals and electronic notes). In 2006, C2I Ingénierie generated a turnover of €11.2m.
