Consolidated sales (from 1st January to 30th September)

Continued sustained growth

For the third quarter 2007, Maisons France Confort has again recorded a strong growth in sales, which amounted to €103.3 million, an increase of 14.7% compared to the same period last year.

For the nine-month period ended 30 September 2007, the Group achieved total sales of €353.8 million, an increase of 16.6%.
On a like-for-like basis, business grew 12.5%, the remainder of growth accounted for by Maisons Millot and PCA Maisons, acquired on 1st October 2006 and 1st April 2007 respectively.

Orders are up, with 4,543 orders recorded, at the end of September, representing €440 million excluding VAT in value, an increase of +11%.

Consolidated growth dynamics

The Group reiterates the fact of it having taken significant strategic decisions at the beginning of the financial year and its growth, notably comprising:

• Significant strengthening of its regional networks – by the end of December 2007, 24 new branches will have opened, notably in the north and southeast of France, high-growth-potential regions.
• The successful launch of Maison Performance (2 branches opened in the quarter) and the progressive implementation of the OPEN product range (in the regions of Languedoc Roussillon, Midi-Pyrénées and Rhône-Alpes).
• The acquisition of the Morel Constructions group, on 1 0ctober 2007, which should achieve sales of approximately €17 million and net income of more than €800 thousand, in 2007. Morel Constructions enables the Group to increase its operations in Loire Atlantique and to establish a significant presence in Vendée, leading French department in terms of houses built.

Confirmation of 2007 and 2008 targets

For the 2007 financial year, Maisons France Confort confirms its forecast of sales on a like-for-like basis (excluding PCA and Morel Constructions) of more than €475 million and maintained excellent profitability.

For 2008, thanks to the Group’s excellent visibility ( 18 months), Maisons France Confort expects growth in the order of 10% and increased profitability.
