Increase of consolidated turnover (1st January to 30th September)

At €47.9m, the 3rd quarter turnover rose by 16.2% compared to 2006 and was boosted by several factors:

• The acquisition of the marketing services, GEIDE and remote declaration portal of the Cegedim Group in July 2007, accounting for an additional turnover of €6.1m over the period,
• As expected, the outlook for the second half is more favourable. The document processing activity is still posting dynamic growth, continuing the trends observed in the second quarter, and stands at €15.7m, which is a rise of 7.6%. The payment methods activity is practically stable at €26.1m. On a like-for-like basis, the third quarter experienced growth of 1.4%.

At 9 months, the turnover stands at €131.9m, an increase of 7.0%. Excluding Cegedim activities, the turnover attained €125.8m.

• Document processing registered a turnover of €48.4m (vs. €46.4m in 2006), which is growth of 4.5% with a particularly marked rise for data acquisition and capture (+ 9.7% over 9 months).
• Turnover for payment methods reached €77.3m (vs. €76.9m in 2006), a rise of 0.6%.

Favourable trends for the entire financial year

As expected, the second half is set to be more dynamic than the first part of the year, both in terms of activity and the bottom line. Over the entire financial year,excluding Cegedim activities,2007 turnover should be in excess of €170m for a current operating margin of between 10 and 10.5%.
