Consolidated Sales 6 months (April 1st – September 30th)

Main trends experienced on the first 3 months have continued over the second Quarter with Sales at 14.31 M€ (+28.7%) increasing by 3.19 M€.

First 6 months activity has reached 29.55 M€ (+32.1%). With constant currencies sales were at 30.11 M€ (+ 34.7%).

All activities supported the growth trend

Excluding home decor, Printing business reached 10.56 M€ an increase of 11.7% (+ 1.11 M€) with good market trends everywhere.

Home Decor sales amounted to an historical high at 4.93 M€ against 1.67 M€ (+ 3.26 M€).

Hardware business (excluding home decor) has grown by 2.82 M€ at 14.06 M€ (+25.1%) confirming positive trends on outdoor advertising market.

Street furniture sales increased by 29.0% at 2.77 M€. Trivision turnover has maintained a high level at 5.91 M€ (+6.6%). Outdoor advertising signs have shown a 51.8 % increase at 5.37 M€. This growth has been supported by the first deliveries of the 3.2 M€ scrolling signs order announced on June 2007, the balance (2 M€) will be invoiced on the third Quarter.

Partnership with Barco on LED products: Prismaflex has just signed a first contract amounting to 300 K€ in the UK.

In August 2007 the group has launched a new subsidiary in Sydney « Prismaflex Australasia » to support its sales in the area.

At this stage of the year, Prismaflex restates its annual forecasts.

6 months results 2007/2008 will be released on December 18th, 2007 (at 6 p.m).
