AKKA TECHNOLOGIES

As part of its growth strategy designed to satisfy the needs and requirements of the main industrial players in the major sectors of activity, the AKKA Technologies Group has entered exclusive talks to acquire a large group specialising in High Technology Consulting and Services.

This group, which operates in France and abroad, has more than 2,000 employees and generated a turnover of over € 100 million in 2006.
The audits relating to this project will take place in late August. At the beginning of September, we will be able to provide more precise information on this proposed transaction.
While retaining our financial balance, this takeover would represent a milestone in the development of the AKKA Technologies Group.

AKKA Technologies shares will be listed on the stock market on Tuesday 14th August 2007 at the start of trading.
