Carrere Group took a 51% stake in Scarlett Production. Scarlett was founded in 1999 by Joey Faré and Florence Dormoy.

Scarlett Production is renowned for its successful series and films, some of its productions include:

• The televised series of 52 minutes « Clara Sheller », seven times nominated at the Monte-Carlo Festival, best series at the Luchon Festival, has an average audience of 26 % on France 2.
• « Cœur Ocean » is the first youth series broadcasted on France 2, which gathers 22 % of the audience.
• Broadcasted on Canal +, « Le Rainbow Warrior » was nominated at several festivals.
• « Jean Moulin » received the « nymphe d’or » at Monte-Carlo for its scenario, an award at New-York’s Festival, and the Grand Price of the best television scenario at the Festival International Audiovisuel.
