After four years as CFO of A NOVO Group, Mireille ARVIER leaves the Company to give a new orientation to her career. The Board thanks her for her contribution in terms of restructuring and control systems implementation during these 4 years.
François LEFEBVRE becomes Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) and member of the Group Executive Committee; he brings 20 years of experience in the finance area, first as auditor at PWC, then as financial controller at VALEO and, for the past four years, as Financial Director of SFR.
