In accordance with the article L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and to determine the equity participation thresholds mentioned in article L. 233-71 of the French Commercial Code, the Company informs its shareholders that the number of shares making up its share capital and the number of voting rights, as at 31/11/2008, are:
