Comparison – 9-month turnover (1st January – 30th September)

By way of a reminder, on 30th June 2008, tessi sold its non-strategic funds transport, securities management and automated bank teller management activities to Loomis France.

Continued growth in the 3rd quarter: + 7.5%

On 30th September 2008, the turnover for continuing activities rose by 7.5% to a figure of €48.6M, compared with €45.2M for the same period in 2007.
Over the quarter, tessi enjoyed strong organic growth of 11.7% for its document processing and payment method activities.

9-month activity: up by 16.5%

The 9-month turnover for continuing activities amounted to €144.9M, up by 16.5%. Over the period, organic growth rose to 8.4%.

All the Group's activities performed well:

• Document processing increased by 13.8% to a figure of €55.1M (compared with €48.4M the previous year).
• Payment methods rose by 4.6% to €73.0M, compared with €69.8M as of 30 September 2007.
• The contribution from Marketing Services, corporate electronic information and document management and the Cegedim Group online tax return portal, acquired in July 2007, represented an amount of €16.7M for the period.

Confirmation of 2008 objectives

For the 2008 financial year, the objective fixed by tessi as a priority is to pursue its policy to standardise profitability in each of its areas of expertise. In view of its performance as of 30th September, the Group confirms it once again expects to achieve a high operating margin for the year.
