STORE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS (SES)

• Signing of a new roll-out agreement in Mexico.
• First store installed in a 3rd country in Latin America.
• Signing of a retainer agreement with a major retail chain in Italy.
• DIY : equipment of a 3rd Leroy Merlin store, and first exclusive retainer in Spain

• SES signed a second roll-out agreement in Mexico, and will equip its first non-food store.
Early June 2008, SES signed a roll-out agreement with a second leading food retail chain in Mexico. The first order is for 22 stores, i.e. just over 350.000 labels to be installed over Q3 and Q4 2008. Store Electronic Systems will also equip its first non-food store (furniture/ appliances) in Mexico City next July, a pilot for a chain of 40 stores.
Mexico remains SES’ largest market in Latin America with some 125 stores equipped by year end, 72 of which in FY 2008.

• SES to install its first store in a 3rd country in Latin America during summer 2008, for a chain of 46 stores.

• During Q1 2008, Store Electronic Systems signed a retainer agreement with a major Italian retail chain (500 stores of multiple formats). The agreement provides for the equipment of all supermarket openings in 2008 (4 already installed) as well as one hypermarket; it is also a preferred supplier agreement for franchisees.

• In DIY, SES will be equipping its 3rd Leroy Merlin store and signed its first exclusive retainer agreement in Spain.
Following the pilot stores operated with Leroy Merlin in France and in Italy, SES will install a new store in France by the end of 2008.
In Spain, Store Electronic Systems signed an exclusive retainer agreement with a DIY chain of 135 franchised stores; 3 stores have already been ordered.
